Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Zolvert website and, where you engage us, the services we provide (zolvert.com). By using the website or booking a call you agree to these terms.

We provide lead generation, client acquisition, AI automation, and sales operations services. The scope, fees, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separate statement of work or proposal agreed with you in writing.

• Provide accurate information and reasonable access to the tools and platforms needed to deliver the services,
• Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner,
• Ensure that any data or materials you provide to us comply with applicable law, including data protection law.

Fees are stated in the applicable proposal and are exclusive of the advertising budget, which is paid by you directly to the relevant platform. Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. Services may be paused if an invoice remains unpaid.

The website content and any materials we create in the course of an engagement may not be copied or reused without our prior written consent. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property.

We keep confidential any non-public information you share with us during an engagement and use it only to provide the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zolvert is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability arising from or in connection with the services is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

Engagements run month-to-month after the initial setup period and may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. On termination you receive the deliverables produced up to that date, and all accounts owned by you remain yours.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Zolvert is registered. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there.
